Outcry from Nairobi Women Over Senator Karen Nyamu’s Remarks

A group of women from Nairobi has expressed their dissatisfaction with nominated Senator Karen Nyamu following the viral circulation of a video in which she made rude and inappropriate remarks. Many believe her comments are unbecoming of someone in a leadership role.

Nyamu, who was appointed by President William Ruto, is known for her outspoken nature and has frequently made headlines for controversial statements.

In response to her remarks, these women have given President Ruto a one-week ultimatum to remove Nyamu from office.

Should no action be taken, they have vowed to march to State House to advocate for her dismissal.
